Make Cinnamon Tortilla Chips at Home with These Simple Ingredients

Cinnamon tortilla chips are loved by everyone. The light and at the same time strong flavor and aroma of cinnamon tortilla chips are liked by kids as well. If you cannot go to your favorite restaurant, you can always make with everything you need these amazing cinnamon tortilla chips for dessert! 

You probably already have everything you need to whip these up, cause every ingredient is pretty common and is available in kitchens. One of my friends told me that her kids love tortilla chips and wish to eat it very frequently. 

The cinnamon vanilla caramel sauce really makes these chips over the top delicious and desirable, and let me tell you,  you will be definitely fighting over the last one. Once you make it you will be excited to make these soon again! When we can start having friends over again, I'll be serving a plate of these up. Enjoy!


Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 flour tortillas (we used soft taco size)

  • 2 Tbsp butter or butter substitute, melted

  • Caramel Kitchen Cinnamon Vanilla Caramel Sauce

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.

  3. In a small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar.

  4. Brush both sides of the tortilla with the melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  5. Cut the tortillas into 8 wedges and arrange them on the baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 6 minutes or until you see the chips just starting to brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and arrange on a plate or platter and top with ice cream. Drizzle the cinnamon vanilla caramel sauce over the chips and ice cream and serve. (If you don't want your ice cream to melt, you can cool your chips before adding your scoops. The chips can also be made ahead of time and served later in the day).
